A valid email address, mailing address, and phone number are required to set up a program account in the store. Additional information, such as your date of birth, is required to receive some of the program’s benefits. When you register for the program and create a program account, you agree to receive program-related emails from their brands. Members who opt out of receiving marketing emails from any of their brands may still participate in the program and receive messages about their program account (e.g., reward certificates, birthday benefits, and messages about changes to the program under these Terms). Limit one (1) Program account per individual/email address/phone number. You agree not to participate in the Program using more than one (1) Program Account. Companies, groups and associations are not eligible to register for a Program account or otherwise participate in the Program.
You agree not to sell, transfer or assign your Program account or any membership rights. Points, benefits and reward certificates are not your personal property and are not inheritable, and may not be inherited, exchanged, purchased or sold. For online users, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for restricting access to your computer (or other device, if applicable) so that others cannot access your Program account.
Approximately 48 hours after a purchase is made in our store and approximately 48 hours after an online order is completed on our website, the relevant transaction point will appear as “Pending” in your online account summary. Within approximately 48 hours of completing your earning activity, the points in your account summary will change from “Pending” to “Vested” unless any merchandise is returned. You can view your account summary through your program account at support@outdoorsupersite.com, or by calling our customer service team. Please see contact information below.
Once a member has accumulated the points required to earn a Rewards Certificate, these points will be removed from the program account and converted into Reward Certificates. Reward Certificates will be issued approximately two (2) business days after the required number of “Vested” Points appear in the Membership Program Account and will be sent to the email address associated with the Program Account. Issued award certificates can also be accessed by logging into the website. Click “My Account” in the upper right corner, enter your email address and password, click log in and view your plan profile. Award certificates are awarded in $10 increments, up to a maximum of $30 per award certificate. Unused points will be carried over to begin applying for your next $10 reward coupon. Members can receive multiple award certificates at one time. Reward Certificates have a unique code that can be used once in-store or on the website, as described in “Reward Certificate Redemption” below. Each reward certificate code may be used once by the program account holder. Points will be converted into reward certificates in the order in which they were earned. A maximum of four (4) Reward Certificates may be used for transactions made in-store or on the website.
Please see Exhibit A for the latest information about benefits, how points are calculated, how many points must be accumulated to receive a Reward Certificate, and the value of the Reward Certificate (collectively, the Program Details).
Expired points; expired reward certificates; returns and exchanges; errors
Unused Points in your Program Account (i.e. Points that have not been converted to Reward Certificates) will expire twelve (12) months from the date of the vesting period of the Earning Activity. Each Award Certificate will expire ninety (90) days after the Award Certificate is issued.
If you return a purchase for which you earned Points in accordance with the Return Policy, the Points associated with your Program account will be reduced by an amount equal to the amount of the refund you received. If a member’s points balance is insufficient to cover deductions associated with returns, a negative points balance may occur and points earned on future qualifying purchases may be used to offset that negative balance. Negative points do not expire. In the event of an equal exchange, any points associated with the original purchase will be retained. If an item of lower value is exchanged, the difference in value from the original purchase will be deducted from your Program Account. If exchanged for an item of greater value, any additional spending will accrue points in accordance with these Program Terms. Any new promotional offers in effect at the time of the even exchange will not apply and will not modify your plan account balance. If you purchase an item with one or more Reward Vouchers and then return all of those items, or your online order is canceled entirely, you will receive a new Reward Voucher to replace the value of the Reward Voucher you redeemed. However, if you return only some of these items, or your online order is only partially canceled, the reward certificate will be forfeited, the reward amount will not be refunded, and points will not be restored to your program account. If you use a reward certificate to purchase an item online and the item is damaged, you must call our customer service team to have the reward you redeemed
